There is no direct scientific evidence to support the idea that consuming fish and milk together causes skin pigmentation. Skin pigmentation is primarily determined by genetics, sun exposure, and melanin production within the body. Melanin is a pigment produced by cells called melanocytes, and it's influenced by various factors like hormones and age. Consuming fish and milk may provide essential nutrients, but they do not have a direct impact on skin pigmentation.

However, in certain religious or cultural practices, combining these two may be avoided. For example, in Hinduism, there is a belief that fish and milk should not be consumed together due to their different properties (fish being heavy and milk being light). From a nutritional standpoint, there is no issue with combining fish and milk in a meal, but individual preferences and beliefs should be considered.
